Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Hungarian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and services efficiently.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and tackle more complex technical concerns.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately within the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and improve support skills.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to enhance support processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in technical support or IT is a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
  • Team-oriented approach with a commitment to helping others.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
