Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries effectively and ensure a smooth service experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the tech company's products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to refine your skills and stay updated on the latest product developments.
  • Provide feedback on customer service processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovak, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills aimed at providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
