Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Icelandic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to devise strategies for improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer processes and service efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Icelandic, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction tools.
  • A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new cultural experiences.
