Fire Protection Quality Engineering Manager (Remote)

Description

This remote opportunity allows you to live wherever you choose, with some flexibility for 20-30% travel to visit existing and new clients, as well as attend professional events. This opportunity is with an employee-centric and fast-growing engineering firm focused on fire protection. They offer a large bonus potential, tied to both the company's profitability and your individual performance. This brand-new position offers the exciting chance to build a best-in-class quality program by improving and maintaining it throughout the organization. In this role, you'll lead the quality assurance and control efforts for the company's engineering deliverables. You'll ensure quality by establishing procedures and expectations, promoting a "Culture of Quality" within the company, and overseeing designated engineers responsible for quality review. Ideal candidates will be passionate about building a strong quality culture and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (preferably fire protection or mechanical).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in fire protection engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license or NICET certifications highly preferred.
