Your missions

Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer who will take the initiative in developing error-free code while ensuring high-quality validation of applications. You will provide guidance to other developers and assist the Lead in Software Engineering.

You will collaborate with fellow professionals to successfully implement proposed designs and complete projects. You will be responsible for the development and integration of computer programs, while closely understanding and complying with business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in developing data-centric applications.
  • Knowledge of code refactoring, data format conversion, and movement from raw to curated data.
  • 4+ years of experience in creating data transformation and validation logic.
  • Strong understanding of streaming and batch data processing best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of data formats (JSON, XML, Parquet, etc.) and data modeling practices.
  • Experience in shaping and transforming data into third normal form and dimensional models.
  • Advanced understanding of best practices for structuring and organizing Data Lake file systems for large volumes of data.
