Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our sales team. This role involves managing customer calls, cross-selling services, and building strong relationships with clients in our database. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, preferably from Mexico, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach: Call existing clients from the database to offer additional services (Insurance, Tax/Bookkeeping, Real Estate).
  • Cross-Selling: Use provided call lists and scripts to introduce clients to other services we offer.
  • Client Communication: Handle inquiries and concerns from existing clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Follow Scripts: Adhere to call scripts while ensuring personalized communication with each client.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferably from Mexico).
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM software is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Calling experience.
  • Experience working with Mexican clients.
