BLN24 is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain data processing pipelines and systems using Python, SQL, and modern data engineering tools.
Support the design and implementation of scalable data architectures and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning and analytics models into systems.
Assist in the research, evaluation, and assessment of technology solutions related to data processing, machine learning, and AI.
Develop, test, and deploy data engineering solutions that support data-driven business processes.
Conduct rigorous testing and optimization to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability.
Contribute to the development and refinement of systems that leverage advanced analytics and machine learning.
Participate in operational support and troubleshooting to resolve issues in data pipelines and systems.
Provide input on system design and contribute to critical development projects aimed at improving business processes and customer solutions.
Ensure alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends in data engineering, analytics, and AI technologies.

Required Skills/Abilities & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data processing, data engineering, Python, and SQL.
Experience in developing and maintaining scalable data systems and pipelines.
Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies and their integration into data-driven systems.
Ability to support system design and provide critical contributions to development projects.
Strong experience with data architecture, workflow design, and system optimization.
Solid understanding of analytics platforms and ability to implement data processing solutions that drive insights.
Proven ability to conduct research and evaluate technology solutions for analytics and data engineering.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for operational support.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across departments.
