About this role

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with AWS focus to join our Client for a full-time project in the Travel, Transportation and Logistics sphere. The initial project duration is 58 full business days with 3 of these days to be spent on-site in Frankfurt. The anticipated start date is October 8th.


Responsibilities

• Development and optimization of innovative AWS cloud-based machine learning models and pipelines
• Implementation and maintenance of infrastructure and platform tools (e.g., AWS, orchestration and management tools)
• Automation of processes for software deployment, configuration, and management, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Creation of APIs and integration of data into applications
• Development of scripts and tools to automate repeatable tasks and processes
• Collaboration with developers to ensure smooth operation of applications in production and that business requirements are met

Must-Have Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with AWS services and tools, demonstrated by at least 1 project reference
• At least 3 years of experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines, demonstrated by at least 1 project reference
• At least 3 years of experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), demonstrated by at least 1 project reference
• At least 3 years of experience with infrastructure management tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Ansible), demonstrated by at least 1 project reference

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with AWS tools/services such as S3, Lambda, Docker, EC2, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, BOTO3, aws-cli
• At least 3 years of experience with containerization
• At least 2 years of experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Instana
• At least 2 years of experience in automating software releases
