Your missions

This is a remote position.

Regular Working Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Boston, Massachusetts, USA time; 8 hours per day with 1-hour unpaid break

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Data Reconciliation: Reconcile data between Salesforce and spreadsheets for new deals, renewals, and churning deals. Identify any discrepancies, work closely with the finance team to resolve issues, and escalate more complex discrepancies when necessary.
  • Renewal Management: Create and manage renewal opportunities in Salesforce. Ensure all required fields are completed and updated accurately for each renewal.
  • Opportunity Reviews: Review deals before they are closed to confirm that all necessary fields, documentation, and information are correct. This will involve cross-checking important details to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Order Management: Process and manage orders from partners and online website submissions, ensuring all information is accurate before moving the order forward.
  • Quote Support: Provide basic support for quoting queries, helping sales teams with basic quote generation, answering basic questions related to quoting processes, and escalating more complex quoting questions when necessary.
  • Data Hygiene: Perform data clean-up projects to maintain the accuracy of account, opportunity, contract, and instance data in Salesforce.


Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a business environment, ideally in a role that involves data reconciliation and managing operational tasks.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, balancing daily operational tasks with larger data clean-up projects.
  • Ability to check data meticulously, review opportunities, and ensure accuracy in reconciliation and order processing tasks.
