Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive and versatile Executive Assistant to support a seasoned consultant in the startup and SME space. This role offers a unique blend of traditional EA duties and strategic involvement in business development. You’ll manage communications, conduct research, and create marketing materials to expand our client base and secure new opportunities. Working directly with C-suite executives, you’ll play a crucial part in driving the business forward while honing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage LinkedIn profile and email communications on behalf of the consultant
  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients and opportunities
  • Craft and send compelling emails and marketing materials to prospective clients and employers
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
  • Assist in business development activities and job search efforts
  • Design eye-catching marketing materials and brochures using Canva
  • Engage confidently with C-suite and director-level contacts
  • Support operational and commercial projects as needed
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven experience working with C-level executives or in fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn, Google, and other research tools
  • Familiarity with Canva for creating professional marketing materials
  • Excellent organizational skills with a talent for managing multiple deadlines
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to new tools quickly and platforms
  • Background or keen interest in business development
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Flexibility to align with UK business hours
  • Passion for startups and SMEs, with a desire to contribute to their growth and success
