Position: Paid Services Sales Executive (Inbound/Chat)
Role Objective:
Your mission will be to convert existing registered users into paying members, offering them premium services to enhance their experience on Jeevansathi.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with system-qualified, high-potential leads from our registered user base.
Convert free users to paid memberships or upgrades through phone, chat, or video calls.
Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting high-value membership packages.
Accurately update customer details in the CRM after every interaction.
Uphold high communication and service standards throughout the sales process.
Drive profitability by maximizing lead conversions through quality interactions.
Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written communication.
Active listening and excellent persuasion skills.
Client management and chat proficiency.
Comfort with rotational shifts and offs.
