Job Description

Provides leadership and oversight to the Customer Delivery Management group. Builds and maintains positive working relationships with an assigned group of customers, ensuring efficient contract processing, invoicing, payment processing and service delivery. Coordinates response to installation-related issue evaluation and resolution. Monitors Customer Delivery Management by analyzing financial and performance data. Engages with customers, in person or remotely, and represents the company in retention situations. Coordinates appropriate and effective engagement between customers and company service providers and ensures ongoing and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • � Oversees Customer Delivery Management teams, leaders and processes.
  • � Sets strategy, goals and metrics for assigned areas.
  • � Complies and analyzes statistical data and trends relating to service level compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • � Manages and drives problem solving efforts between customers and service personnel.
  • � Owns responsibility for teams meeting established performance metrics, including time-to-engage, time-to-resolve, customer satisfaction, retention and renewal.
  • � Responsible for developing and implementing customer growth plans, including retention, renewal and revenue targets.
  • � Responsible for revenue and profit goals and effectively manages P&L across multiple deal structures.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Typically has 10-12 years of experience in Account Delivery Management and typically 4-6 years leadership experience.
  • Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
