Cymulate is looking for a talented and passionate Regional Manager to lead our East US Sales team and drive direct and channel sales efforts for the region. The Regional Manager of Sales will be responsible for defining and owning the go-to-market strategy, building a world-class sales team, and driving exponential revenue growth across the region.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, while overseeing the collaboration and alignment of SDRs, Sales Engineers and a Channel Account Manager within the East territory.
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy tailored to the East region, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and regional market dynamics.
  • Drive the team to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs for both the individual contributors and the region as a whole.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to address the unique needs of the East region and equip your team with the necessary resources.
  • Assist the team in building and executing strategic territory plans, focusing on account mapping and targeting key East market segments.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and forecasting of sales opportunities in the East region using Salesforce and other tools.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the East sales team through regular coaching and career development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners in the East to support long-term business growth.
  • Continuously improve the sales process by identifying challenges specific to the East territory and implementing effective solutions.

What You Will Have:

  • 10+ years of proven success in cybersecurity sales, with at least 5 years of experience leading a team in the East territory or a similar region.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the East territory market, including industry trends and customer needs in cybersecurity solutions.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and other sales engagement tools for managing pipeline and reporting.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance forecasting, ensuring accurate territory reporting and management.
