Employment: Permanent

Location: UK-Based, Flexible (Remote/Hybrid)

The Role:

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers are receiving the highest level of service acting as a point of contact to respond to concerns and resolve service issues within agreed SLAs.

Combining their knowledge and experience, the Service Delivery Manager is expected to work alongside Account Manager(s) to build a trusted and strategic long-term relationship with the client base. By understanding the goals and ambitions of each client, the Service Delivery Manager will work to identify and align relevant products and services in addition to offering insight into potential future offerings from either SAP, The Config Team, or other partners.
