- Provide technical support in incident resolution for network issues including ADSL and FTTH.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with timely and relevant solutions.
- Analyze and diagnose service disruptions, implementing corrective measures.
- Control ticket completeness and assist first-level service teams.
- Monitor incidents, conduct follow-ups, and manage technician teams.
