About the role:

Influx is seeking to hire an experienced HR Director to lead recruitment and be responsible for the Human Resources function in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region

This is a remote position. You’ll be working from home, managing (either directly or through influence) a team, and helping to reinvent customer service for clients located all over the world.


At a high level, we want to;

  • Establish a Human Resources department in APAC to support and grow Influx
  • Recruit and retain talented people. Making sure recruitment happens at high standards
  • Own operational excellence in our Human Resources Department
  • Collaborate with executives for operational alignment.
  • Identify trends and make necessary forecasts and plans

Reporting to the Head of HR (Global), this is a unique opportunity to join a small, but mighty executive and leadership group, with a large, global impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience managing people in a Human Resources department
  • Experience making high-quality and strategic decisions involving people and organizational structures
  • Experience in most, if not all both hard and soft components of HR (Recruitment, Performance Management, Benefits & Compensation, Compliance, and Legal, and Employee Relations)
  • Excellent planning and organizational execution skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
  • Open-mindedness, and the ability and willingness to work with people from various cultures and ways of life.
  • A systematic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
