Reporting & Analyst Manager

Influx is seeking to hire an experienced Reporting and Analytics Manager to oversee our data strategy and help us drive data-driven decision-making across the company.

This is a multidimensional role that:

• aligns data strategy with business goals;
• drives continuous improvement of reporting processes and data management;
• supports effective project management and cross-team coordination;
• ensures data accuracy and integrity; and
• enhances the data-driven culture within the organization.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong technical experience in business intelligence tools, data analysis, and project management that has made you a leader in your field. You have overseen the implementation of BI tools, analyzed complex datasets, and mentored data teams to deliver actionable insights to the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of BI tools, specifically Metabase, and experience with its implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis is a plus..
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage timelines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and drive change in a data-driven culture.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, and/or a related field are preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role involving BI tool implementation and data management.
• Experience in a management or leadership role is highly desirable.
