We’re a team focused on making SoftServe a great place to work! The Content Marketing team is a part of HR Marketing and is responsible for internal and business communication, promo campaigns, podcasts, blogs, websites, social media, and design. We are searching for a bright marketing talent to help us grow the SoftServe employer brand in Poland by delivering the right messages to the right audience.

IF YOU ARE

  • Having 4-5 years of experience in communication area (both external and internal)
  • Knowledgeable in creating catchy and to-the-point content of any type for various channels and audiences, in Polish and English
  • Proficient in speaking and writing fluent English (min. C1/advanced) and are a punctuation master - no wrong or missing commas can escape you
  • Fluent in Polish language – you know 'po linii najmniejszego oporu' but you won’t go that way anyway ;)
  • Experienced in cooperation with external partners, such as PR or social media agencies
  • Aware of digital marketing, implementation of a full-cycle promo lead generation and brand awareness campaigns on social media
  • Following the latest trends – the world of communication and digital is running fast, but you’re supersonic!
  • Good at problem-solving and prioritization, cooperation with various stakeholders
  • Having a flair for Employer Branding
  • Adept at talking to people and getting them on board with your ideas
  • Tech-savvy, knowing that clouds are not only in the sky
  • Ready to grow professionally and experiment: we are open to creativity and innovation, just come and share your ideas


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Create or proofread various texts (social media posts, internal e-mails, articles, podcasts, video scripts, landing pages, internal meetings’ scenarios, etc.)
  • Work on communication strategies, meet with stakeholders to discuss and advise on the best solution for a specific campaign or business case
  • Prepare visuals (photos, reels, videos) for day-to-day comms and campaign briefs
  • Check what’s going on inside and outside the company in a search for inspiration
  • Post on, analyze, and coordinate the social media channels performance
  • Coordinate the job of external partners such as PR or social media agency
  • Sync-up with content teams (local and global) to plan activities, update work management apps and results summaries
