Our platform combines sophisticated phishing simulations, AI models, and user-tailored training to enhance corporate cybersecurity resilience, focusing on the most vulnerable cyber attack surface – employees. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our growing team as the first dedicated QA professional.

Role Overview

As the first dedicated Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will be responsible for establishing and managing QA processes. You’ll develop and implement quality assurance strategies, ensuring the reliability of our Security Awareness Training Platform. The role requires strong expertise in manual testing, along with the ability to work independently and proactively shape the QA function within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement QA standards and processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Maintain the QA strategy for testing our Security Awareness Training Platform, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Create and execute test plans that cover all aspects of functional and non-functional testing.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
  • Conduct functional and performance testing primarily focusing on Frontend components.
  • Participate in project planning and requirements analysis to understand business goals and technical objectives.
  • Report and track issues using test management and bug reporting tools.
  • Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to the development team and management.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in manual QA testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Proficiency in different testing types and methods, including functional, performance, and regression testing.
  • Hands-on experience with test management and bug reporting tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • Proven experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Demonstrated ability in test reporting, communicating complex issues effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2 or higher).
Preferred Skills (Would Be a Plus)
  • Knowledge of risk management in a QA context.
  • Practical knowledge of REST services and API testing.
  • SQL knowledge for backend validation and database testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and suggest solutions proactively.
