Senior/Lead Data Engineer

Our Client is one of the well-known luxury jewelry companies. Together, we unite our efforts and begin the data digitalization journey, including Data & BI migration. We are confident that it would enable respectful organizational changes and prepare the organization for AI/ML, Analytic Sandbox, and other advanced concepts.

IF YOU ARE

• An experienced Data Engineer with at least a 5-year working background
• Strong in SQL and other database solutions, database design, and reporting
• Skilled in BigQuery or other Data Warehouse (DWH) tools like RedShift of Snowflake
• Familiar with data transformation tools like Dataform (desirable) or dbt
• Proficient with Git
• Confident in Python development
• Knowledgeable in GCP Cloud Migration
• Aware of ETL concepts
• Understanding the development lifecycle, testing, implementation, and documentation
• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level to cover business needs
• A practitioner of JavaScript and Java (would be an advantage)
• Having a leading experience (nice-to-have)
• Familiar with working in a support team (as a plus)
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Lead Supportability team, which is 3rd level of supporting
• Write and read complex SQL queries to extract and model data from multiple databases
• Set up data pipelines for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of sources
• Implement data models, join data sources, and ensure data quality
• Perform troubleshooting
• Provide root cost analysis and implement improvements
