Your missions

Job Summary:
DT Professional Services is seeking a Contract Support Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity! The ideal candidate will interface with assigned business units or functional areas, leveraging their experience to ease the development of contract support documentation to support ongoing and future business efforts. The Contract Support Specialist will operate within a fast-paced, business critical environment and will be responsible for preparing and executing agreements, managing and organizing support agreement data, tracking approval workflow, and collaborating with team members to ensure key controls in the agreement process are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the capture and proposal development processes by ensuring partner agreements are comprehensive and completed
  • Create, edit, and analyze relevant information to support agreement preparation
  • Develop drafts and edit final supporting documentation to support agreement completion
  • Complete action items and tasks as assigned
  • Work with executives, leadership, and the workforce to support partner agreement efforts
  • Support business development taskings including but not limited to, assisting pre-bid team meetings, sending OCI requests to vendors, and requesting debriefings on lost bids
  • Facilitate and organize meetings related to contractual matters
  • Maintain all appropriate contract records via the contract lifecycle management system, Agiloft
  • Review and submit CPARS evaluations and initiate the process to ensure CPARS are distributed
  • Conduct contract reporting including GWAC CAF/IFF, Quarterly/Annual reports and SAM profile annual updates
Basic Qualifications:
  • Post High School education or demonstrated experience in the field
  • Demonstrated experience with legal agreement preparation
  • Demonstrated experience developing technical related material
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and business acumen
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Google Suite of tools and/or MS Office products
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, purchasing, economics, mathematics, or related field
  • Experience with U.S. Navy mission objectives
The compensation range for this position: $45,000 - $65,000 annually.
