We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Einstein AI Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, including Einstein Service GPT and Einstein Bot with Live Agent. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Einstein AI Implementation: Develop and implement AI solutions using Salesforce Einstein AI. Customize and optimize Einstein Service GPT for automated customer support. Configure and deploy Einstein Bots to handle customer queries and seamlessly transition to live agents when necessary. AI Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions. Design workflows and integration strategies for AI solutions within the Salesforce platform. Integration and Development: Integrate Einstein AI features with existing Salesforce environments. Develop custom solutions and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze AI solution performance and generate reports to track effectiveness. Continuously monitor and fine-tune AI models to improve accuracy and efficiency. Training and Support: Train and support internal teams on using and managing Einstein AI tools. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed AI solutions. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and Salesforce technologies. Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance our AI capabilities. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI, Data Science, or related disciplines are a plus. Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, including Einstein Service GPT and Einstein Bots. Proficiency in Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts. Salesforce Development Background: Proven experience in Salesforce development and customization. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices. Ability to develop custom Salesforce applications and workflows. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools within Salesforce. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, AI Associate).
