Your missions

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Capture Specialist to lead our Human Capital growth. Blue Rose is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, and HUBZone Small Business with recent contract awards for OASIS Plus. We are looking for business development and capture specialists with the ability to bring both short and long-term growth to the company.  This is a REMOTE role, but candidates must be local to the Washington, DC area, and is open to US Citizens ONLY

In this role, you will leverage your existing relationships and knowledge of the opportunity landscape to identify and capture business opportunities that drive growth for Blue Rose. This is not a traditional marketing or “relationship building” role; you are expected to enter this position with an established network of federal and commercial contacts. You will utilize these connections, along with Blue Rose’s strong past performance, to quickly build a substantial book of business.

To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record of increasing sales and winning federal government contracts. You will be required to sign a confidentiality and noncompete agreement, as this is a full-time commitment, not a consulting role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify realistic business development opportunities for the pipeline through relationships and research, measurable by probability of win (p-win) accuracy over time
  • Lead capture efforts to achieve target contract wins in Federal Health pursuits, with a goal of securing at least $10M in wins in the first year and reaching $50M by the third year
  • Increase our team’s probability of win on identified pursuits through research, relationships, and capture management, leading to high win rates

REQUIREMENT

  • Demonstrated experience in increasing sales and winning federal government contracts, including IDIQs, task orders, and stand-alone contracts
  • Experience with OASIS or similar contract vehicles is a plus
  • Full-time commitment to Blue Rose efforts, with no involvement in business development consulting for multiple clients

COMPENSATION
Your compensation will be a combination of salary and performance-based bonuses, offering unlimited bonus potential based on your success.
