Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Development and optimization of promotional, trigger, and transactional communications;
  • Development of existing and search for new communication channels;
  • Work with metrics: Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, MAU, DAU, Bonus Rate;
  • Audience segmentation: work with cohorts and user groups;
  • Setting up and launching promotional mechanics for different types of audiences;
  • Setting up and launching communications;
  • Formation and testing of hypotheses to improve company metrics;
  • Automation of successful tests;
  • Interaction with other departments of the company.

 

Qualifications
  • min 1 year of CRM experience (gambling/betting);
  • high analytical skills;
  • adaptability, responsibility, flexibility;
  • readiness for high workload/dynamic work;
  • knowledge and ability to navigate sports events
