High school diploma or GED, One year of pharmacy experience or certified pharmacy technical program completion, Working knowledge of third-party claims process, Retail Pharmacy experience β at least 2 years, Strong computer skills (Typing, Outlook, Excel).
Key responsabilities:
- Assist in providing pharmacy services
- Work on the pharmacy help desk grievance team
- Responsible for data entry and triage of grievances to coordinators
- Able to update Excel Spreadsheet for leadership review
- Perform other duties as needed
