YOUR ROLE
As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a dynamic FP&A Manager (m/f/d) to join our finance team and play a pivotal role in supporting our growth journey. You will be responsible for leading the company’s financial planning and analysis efforts, providing strategic insights and forward-looking analysis and will collaborate closely with our VP Finance and the Leadership Team to make data-driven decisions that fuel our expansion.

Your mission at EDURINO
  • You are responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis, leading the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and mid-term financial planning processes. 
  • You own our monthly and intra-monthly reporting processes and deliver great quality on meeting reporting deadlines and excelling in quality
  • You provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, scenario modeling and tracking KPIs that drive the business, providing insights on operational efficiency, revenue growth and profitability
  • You collaborate closely with department heads and the leadership team to provide actionable insights, helping them understand financial implications of strategic decisions and operational initiatives
  • You conduct financial modeling and develop business cases for new projects, product lines and investment opportunities to support the company’s growth objectives
  • You challenge the Status Quo and continuously improve our process setup by introducing best practices to optimize workflows, forecasting accuracy, and reporting efficiency
It is a match if you…
  • have at least 5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a high-growth environment (e.g., startup, tech company)
  • have a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • possess strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
  • are familiar with financial planning tools and enterprise software and Google Sheets & Excel feel natural to you
  • thrive on solving complex problems and can handle ambiguity with ease, proposing creative and innovative solutions
  • are comfortable working with teams outside of finance, including operations, marketing and product, to ensure alignment and support company-wide goals
  • make use of your excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
  • are a proactive communicator, fluent in English, and confident interacting with an international-/intercultural team of experts.

How to become part of the team

  1. We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions. 
  2. Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
  3. We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved. 
  4. You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
  5. After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay! 
  6. The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech team and of course receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
