Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage customer inquiries effectively.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
