Job Title: Contract Manager
Location: Remote (Mexico)
Department: Legal

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing contracts for U.S.-based customers, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and preparing contract reports. This role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts effectively in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with U.S.-based customers, ensuring compliance with company policies, U.S. laws, and regulations.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive contract documentation, reports, and records for U.S.-based clients.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on contract-related inquiries, providing guidance on contract terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract terms align with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain contract management policies, processes, and templates, tailored for U.S. clients.
  • Support audits and compliance checks by providing necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to both internal and U.S. external requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in contract management, contract reporting, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of contract law and best practices in contract administration, especially in the U.S. context.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Legal background or familiarity with U.S. contract law is a plus, but not required.
