What You Will Do:

Attain Partners is searching for a Change Management Lead who can effectively lead and manage communication, change management, organizational readiness and training activities surrounding cloud ERP implementations for higher education institutions and nonprofits. You will be a key player in delivering a comprehensive change management approach for our clients. In your role as Change Management Lead, you will collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO) led by Attain Partners to successfully partner with clients to implement ERP solutions.

 


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Operate as the client Change Management Lead for an implementation project.
  • Lead a cross-organizational Change Management and Training team of client, Attain Partners, and system integrator resources.
  • Program and project timeline development and synchronization. This includes developing and managing the organizational change management timeline, including connected projects into that timeline to a holistic view that can be seen, easily updated, is informative but concise, and supports program and project management activities.
  • Documentation, escalation, and resolution of decisions, risks, and issues related to the implementation
  • Provide guidance to the client on the design of change management solutions tailored to implementations.
  • Engage with all project stakeholders to build teamwork and develop trust and confidence.
  • Apply a structured methodology of processes, tools, and templates that creates a strategy that support adoption of the changes required by the client’s implementation
  • Develop, support, and execute communication efforts by enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of communications to the program team, and campus stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess change impacts by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Develop, support, and execute training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Provide thought leadership and when needed, hands-on creation of key deliverables including, but not limited to, organizational readiness strategy, change management strategy, training strategy, and change impact analysis.
  • Manage schedule and content creation for stakeholder presentations including, but not limited to, executive leadership teams, business officers, deans, faculty senate, staff senate and change network representatives.
  • Support the scheduling and securing of locations for program and project meetings, workshops, presentations, etc. This includes planning for food and beverage, parking, materials, and other logistics as requested.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to answer program and project questions to help ensure efficient execution of activities.
Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in a consulting or client-facing professional services role.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading change management workstreams for cloud ERP technology implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations.
  • Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce quality deliverables that need little refinement or oversight.
  • Demonstrate high quality analytical and problem-solving skills within time and organizational boundaries.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide, if needed.
  • Effective written and verbal communications a must, with presentation experience.
  • Experience with managing and leading teams.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients.
  • Experience supporting sales and business development.
  • Prosci Change Management certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certification.
  • Experience supporting cloud ERP implementations for higher education institutions.

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $90,000 - $155,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
