Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the successful completion of AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation, and track project progress using project management tools.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Conduct regular project status updates and provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and processes.
• Continuously improve project management methodologies and processes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the AI or technology industry, with a strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Good understanding of coding languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of cloud management, including platforms such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, Aliyun, Huawei Cloud, or others.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
