Job Title: Remote B2B Sales Manager (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $4,000 USD/month (payments done through bank wire transfer)


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40hrs/week (flexible time zone)

Benefits: Bonuses + PTO after 6mos with the company



Job Overview:

Our client is an international company provides the unique management software for the Fintech industry, enables businesses to create extraordinary customer relationships with the most innovative, flexible and affordable CRM solution in the market. They are seeking a B2B Sales Manager who will be our key employee and build their LATAM presence.



Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, and achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain an effective relationship with key and potential clients, interacting with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards.
  • Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients all over the world
  • Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company performance
  • A key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compile relevant reports for management use



Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Extensive working experience in similar roles in a highly competitive sales environment
  • Direct sales experience in Fintech & forex B2B industry
  • Excellent multiple stakeholders & Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with an ability to establish adequate personal and professional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills both written/spoken in Spanish & English, high ability to influence highly analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team
  • Customer service oriented
  • Working knowledge of computer applications –PowerPoint/Excel/Word
  • 3-years experience in B2B sales, sales ops or sales organization consulting preferred
