Your missions

This is a remote position.

We are a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization seeking a dedicated High Volume Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing high-volume recruitment processes and will have a strong track record of meeting hiring targets and improving recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Management: Lead and execute high-volume recruitment efforts for various roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Job Posting & Sourcing: Create and post job advertisements on multiple platforms, and proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time to hire, cost per hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Time to Hire: Average number of days from job requisition to offer acceptance.
    • File Rate: Percentage of candidates who proceed from initial application to the next stages of the hiring process.
    • Offer Acceptance Rate: Ratio of offers accepted to offers extended.
    • Sourcing Channel Effectiveness: Performance metrics of different sourcing channels in terms of candidate quality and cost.
    • Candidate Satisfaction: Feedback from candidates regarding their experience with the recruitment process.


    Requirements
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking and reporting.

    $170- $400 per month
