Your missions

For my client, an agency that offers exceptional surrogacy solutions for future parents and surrogate mothers, we are looking for a Client Coordinator in Mexico.

The Client Coordinator we are looking for must have values that support families who dream of having children, demonstrating empathy, commitment, and dedication in every interaction.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

You will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing empathetic support, clear communication, and personalized assistance to address their needs and concerns.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  1. Previous experience in customer service or call-center operations.
  2. Advanced or bilingual proficiency in English.
  3. Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  4. Ability to handle emergency or high-pressure situations calmly and quickly.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Knowledge of surrogacy processes is a plus, but not mandatory.

To succeed in this role, you must be:

  • Empathetic and compassionate to provide emotional support to those involved in the surrogacy process.
  • Exceptionally organized to manage multiple tasks and details, ensuring everything is handled precisely.

What will you do?

  1. Once the client is transferred from the sales department, you will start guiding them and explaining each step of the process in Mexico in detail.
  2. Assist the client with hotel bookings, transfers, and all necessary preparations to ensure their arrival in Mexico is flawless.
  3. Maintain clear and effective communication with the client, guiding them through each stage of the surrogacy process and ensuring they understand each step.
  4. Respond to all their questions and offer consultations on legal aspects, ensuring the client is well-informed and at ease.
  5. Ensure that all payments are made on time, guaranteeing that the process progresses smoothly.
  6. Always be available to resolve any concerns and ensure that the client feels supported and satisfied at all times.
