Job Description

Caribbean Regional Operations Manager

As the Caribbean Regional Operations Manager for Ford Motor Company, you will be responsible for optimizing the success of the organization’s sales teams by managing sales goals, projections, and processes for the dealers in the Caribbean markets in which Ford has presence in order to continue to grow the brand’s market share in the region as well as driving customer satisfaction.

Your duties and responsibilities will include reaching wholesale and retail sales targets, improving the company’s profitability in the region, handling and solving production and transportation challenges, supporting retail and fleet deals, handling marketing budgets, negotiating with dealers, developing business plans, creating incentives and sales contests, among others.

As part of the mandatory job requirements a valid passport, US Visa are required as well as willingness to travel, advanced English and a “go get it” attitude.
