About the team and the role:
 

The Ads Growth Advisor teammate will be driving adoption of eBay’s Promoted Listings product on the Irish and Spanish marketplaces, to proactively enable marketplace revenue.
This will be achieved by developing tailored support plans over a twelve-week period to ensure each business achieves its advertising growth goals on eBay.ie and ebay. The growth adviser will be the single point of contact for promoted listing queries during these twelve weeks and will perform adoption reviews to ensure the success of each customer.

A drive for results is essential to the role's success and high proficiency to work within a lively and consistently changing environment under your initiative.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to sell through service by up-selling, cross-selling various products, features and promotions through service and value based approach.
 

This role will focus on supporting our extension into Brand/B2C seller categories and verticals based on scaling needs.
 

What you will accomplish:

  • Be the primary point of contact of support for sellers to adopt Promoted listings products over a 12-week rotation period
  • Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key customers, partners and CVC leaders
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external partners
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organization
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Responsible for working with the Business unit to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships

What you will bring:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish language is required, and another language will be seen as an advantage
  • Commercially focused and have a strong track record of achieving and surpassing targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes
  • Strong experience within a customer service, commercial background, client relationship management environment or university degree plus three years’ experience
