Management and oversight of the end-to-end program design and delivery - schedule and milestones, budget, resource, vendor engagements, contracts management
Establish new delivery model
Drive delivery cadence and tracking
Ensure strong governance – preparing and leading program delivery and steering committee meetings to drive best practice delivery
