Shikshakji.com is looking for a skilled and experienced Zoho Expert to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Zoho suite of applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Campaigns.
  
• Customize Zoho applications to meet business needs and improve workflows.
  
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot any issues related to the Zoho platform.
  
• Integrate Zoho with other third-party applications and ensure smooth data flow.
  
• Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to assist management in decision-making.
  
• Automate processes using Zoho Flow and Zoho Creator to streamline business operations.
  
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Zoho and implement them as necessary.
  

Required Skills:

• 2 to 3 years of experience working with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
  
• Strong knowledge of Zoho customization, integration, and automation.
  
• Experience in working with APIs and third-party integrations.
  
• Ability to analyze business processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills for supporting and training team members.
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  

Desired Skills:

• Zoho certifications are a plus.
  
• Experience with Zoho Creator for building custom applications.
  
• Familiarity with education-based platforms or related industries.
