Design Project Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Design Project Manager to join their team. This remote role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse array of projects, from simple to highly complex global packaging artwork, through production art, approvals, and to print.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of packaging production artwork, ideally in the consumer packaging industry
• Drive global artwork consistency and design content accuracy within brand guidelines
• Collaborate across various functions within our client's team and with external agencies and printing companies
• Manage project estimates, budgets, and timelines with internal and external partners
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external agency partners
  
  
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging artwork production with strong graphic design acumen
• A minimum of 10 combined years of working experience in project management and/or production art management within corporate, creative, agency, and/or printing industry
• Knowledge of packaging regulation and uniform packaging laws
• General understanding of current print processes (offset, flexo, digital, gravure, etc.)
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, time management, and attention to detail, combined with a strategic approach
  
  
  

Additional qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, preferred
• Knowledge of consumer goods packaging industry
• Ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight timelines
