Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $30 - 35 per hour

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with a strong focus on web, email, and social media design to join our client's team for a hybrid contract opportunity in Burlington, MA!

As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver innovative designs that enhance user engagement and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually engaging designs that capture attention and convey brand messages effectively across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create compelling graphics for web pages, landing pages, and online campaigns.
  • Develop visually appealing email templates and newsletters that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Design eye-catching social media graphics, including static posts, stories, and banners, optimized for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual designs.
  • Ensure all digital assets are optimized for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Maintain consistency in brand identity across all digital platforms and materials.
  • Stay current with design trends, social media best practices, and platform-specific requirements.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.


Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing web, email, and social media design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar.
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices, including responsive design and UX/UI principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, color theory, typography, and layout skills.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and platform-specific design requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
