As a Product Specialist, you see our customers’ challenges as opportunities. In this role you’ll use your knowledge of US Customs to go past the surface level and identify root causes to resolve customer-raised product support incidents for the Customs module.

Experience & Skills:

Experience troubleshooting product incidents in a software or technical environment
Strong knowledge of US Customs and trade regulations
US Customs Broker License preferred
CargoWise, logistics, and/or software industry experience preferred
Ability to work well independently as well as in an international, global organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Canada Customs a plus
