Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Marketer to lead digital marketing efforts for a B2B e-commerce brand. This role requires a solid background in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. The ideal candidate has experience driving growth for e-commerce brands and is skilled at managing a marketing budget while delivering outstanding results.

You'll be responsible for managing a range of marketing channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and company goals. The role requires strong project management skills and data-driven decision-making abilities to uncover growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO & SEM: Lead the development and execution of search engine strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
  • Content, Email, and Social Media Marketing: Plan and optimize campaigns for blog content, email lists, and social media channels to engage B2B customers and drive conversions.
  • Collaboration & Management: Work closely with sales, editorial, and website development teams, and manage external agencies and contractors.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, generate reports, and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Budget & ROI Optimization: Maximize marketing performance within budget constraints, continually improving ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in B2B e-commerce, specially in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using Python and/or SQL is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in B2B e-commerce, specially in a need-based industry like fire supply.
  • Ability to bring fresh ideas, with potential to grow into a Marketing Manager role.
  • Strong focus on SEO and SEM marketing strategies,
  • Familiarity with driving sales through SEO/SEM in a B2B context.
