Our team understands the principles of connecting purpose to business.  We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant - 100% Commission Based Position.

Job Description

Must be able to work full-time hours or 40 hours per week. Selected candidates should have driven ability to close placements in 30 days or less. This is a 100% Remote and 100% Commission Based Position.

Recruitment Consultants provide a high level of customer service and are the face of CCG Talent Solutions. This role reports directly to the CEO and requires a recruiter that is highly engaged in fulfillment of recruiting candidate and placement.

The Recruitment Consultant responsibilities include placing job ads on various online channels, evaluating applications and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria. To be successful in this role, you should have experience filling a variety of jobs for different industries and executive senior leadership positions. Recruiting Consultants will be responsible for “power hour” of warm client prospective to increase client data base.

Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates. Build a high level of trust with clients through follow -up, providing qualified candidates for quick placements.

Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media source and contact passive candidates online (e.g., via LinkedIn) Network with candidates offline through head hunting, sourcing and cold calls.

Screen resumes and job applications with quick responses and feedback Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires.

Update clients on hiring status (e.g., number of screened candidates) Prepare candidates before interviews with clients. Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.

Use CRM to keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations Excellent customer service and follow- up.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

An associate degree in business management or human resources desired. Proven work experience as a recruiter with ability to manage the first hiring stages (Job Posting, Screening and Interviewing) Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, web interviews and screening process. Knowledge of resume data bases and Applicant Tracking System Excellent communication and relationship building skills Solid organizational and time-management abilities Able to work on 100% commission.

This is role is a 1099 position and requires Recruitment Consultants to have their own phone and computer. Limited recruitment resources will be provided. The desired recruiter will have additional tools and resources to use a recruitment resources.
