The Role:
IT Asset Management Solution Consultant is a customer facing domain expert role who will drive innovative business solutions for our customers, by applying your technical and business skills. Being a Solution Consultant, you will partner with sales, solution consulting and the rest of the ServiceNow ecosystem to drive effective sales cycles and help customers achieve success through identification of their business needs and the associated business value and translate that into real-life use cases to create the right solutions. The role is also key for gathering customer feedback for future product innovation. Strong technical, sales and consulting skills as well as the ability to translate technical capabilities into business benefits are crucial for this role.

· Be the voice of the customer and provide feedback to help product management and engineering teams to shape the roadmap and to better help our customers.
· Be the go-to person in area of focus for market trends and competitive analysis with special skills on differentiation for our ITAM solutions.
· Be the trusted advisor for our ITAM solutions for customers, the market, partners, colleagues and with a consultative mindset coach them towards the value-based decisions.
