Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements for various funds
Reconcile investment accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
Conduct monthly and quarterly close processes
Assist in the preparation of reports for regulatory compliance
Collaborate with investment managers and stakeholders for accurate portfolio reporting
Monitor cash flows and perform treasury functions as needed
Identify discrepancies and implement solutions to optimize processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5 years of experience in fund accounting or a similar role
Strong understanding of investment instruments and fund structures
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
