Your missions

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain pleasant relationships with the clients.

  • Recognize key staff in customer companies to promote beneficial affiliations. Comprehend the challenges faced by the clients to solve them in the best possible manner.

  • Cultivate the existing business relations

  • Recognize new business opportunities for the improvement of management and business.

  • Organize meetups with the customers to tell them about our product and services

  • Counsel clients about their preferences Achieve and manage a  Euro 3+ million annual revenue  portfolio

Key tasks:

  • Sell products and services by convincing the customer. Engage new customers via cold calling, leads, events.

  • Coordinate with other team members as well as other departments.

  • Provide existing customers with exceptional support.

  • Take notes of customer demands, needs and preferences.

  • Ensure weekly  activity reports are filled in CRM and submitted to Manager Meet monthly, quarterly and annual  sales targets effectively.

  • Process orders and sales contracts. Explain the complete details of the product to the customer.

Required education, experience and job-related skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field. (Marine / Chemicals is a plus)

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in direct & indirect sales

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills. Excellent time management skills. Exceptional strategic prospecting skills.

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

  • Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

  • Outstanding analytical and organizational skills.

  • Excellent problem solving and networking skills.

  • Strong work ethics.
