Position Overview:

As the User Growth Lead, you will be instrumental in driving growth and enhancing our digital presence.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute go-to-market strategies that cover business development, partnerships, marketing, and community engagement to strengthen our digital footprint.
• Perform in-depth analyses of current project strategies to uncover growth opportunities using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to foster rapid growth.
• Maintain the integrity of growth initiatives by managing deliverables, resolving conflicts, setting priorities, and facilitating effective team communication.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the cryptocurrency and metaverse sectors.

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
• A minimum of 3 years in DeFi, blockchain, consulting, market research, or project management.
• Strong communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to excel in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in fast-paced startup contexts.
