About The Role

As an Account Executive at CoverForce, you will play a crucial in driving new revenue and owning the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique needs, and presenting CoverForce's innovative solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Acquire new customers and build a strong sales pipeline by prospecting, closing deals, and managing the entire sales process.
  • Develop and expand relationships within target accounts, particularly among the top 100 brokers, wholesalers, and agency networks
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their pain points and present custom solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value of CoverForce's technology solutions for potential clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and tech advancements in insurance to ensure CoverForce’s solutions remain competitive.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance CoverForce’s brand awareness and grow your professional network.

You’re An Ideal Fit If

  • 3-5+ years of enterprise sales experience in a Seed to Series D company.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales in the insurance or insurance tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and a strong network of wholesalers and agencies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company.

CoverForce's HQ is in NYC and this is a remote/hybrid role. We are open to relocating candidates and will provide relocation benefits.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $120,000 - $160,000 + variable compensation
