Our client, a Commercial Industrial leading mechanical services contractor company providing maintenance and asset management solutions in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, hydraulic and general maintenance. The Company is focused on the delivery of design, construction and maintenance services to the commercial and industrial sectors. They are expanding its business. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Senior HVAC Service Technician that has an ambition to build and develop their career.
The Role:
Service and preventative maintenance across a variety of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment
Carrying out breakdown service as and when required
Fault finding and diagnostics
Installations
Efficient submission of quotations and reports
Focus on delivering high quality work and service to our valued customers
Rotating on call for afterhours break down works.

Responsibilities:
Provide in warranty / out of warranty repair services across company HVAC product portfolio.
Attend service call outs as per the scheduled requirements and designated timelines.
Collaboratively prioritise workload to achieve customer service objectives.
Manage on-site customer concerns and complaints efficiently through to resolution.
Establish positive internal and external stakeholder, customer, and team relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS and CAPABILITIES:
Cert 3 in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
Disconnect/Reconnect Electrical Workers Licence
ARCtick license
VIC driving licence
Experience of mentoring apprentices is advantageous
Commercial/Industrial HVAC experience is essential
Excellent communication skills
Be willing and able to work alone or in a team.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Commercial and Industrial HVAC service technician
Extensive field repair experience across the suite of HVAC and air quality products
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills in various air-conditioning products
Strong knowledge and experience on VRF products including BMS/control systems.
Strong technical and customer service communication skills
Ability to train and teach others.
Basic to intermediate PC Skills (MS Office)
HVAC industry related software tools and Cloud Apps.
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
Understanding refrigeration cycles.
Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature.
