Job Summary

The Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for digital media campaign trafficking deliverables, multi-tasking to complete day-to-day assignments, and completing data for monthly digital media client facing reports. They perform in a highly visible role, coordinating the day-to-day tasks with Ad Operations team, Account teams, Media Planners, and Media Vendors. They operate independently, checking in with Ad Operations Director as needed. Highly interested in media/marketing. The Ad Operations Specialist is a leader within the Ad Operations team, is analytical, and well versed in program and trafficking knowledge of Google Campaign Manager 360.

Responsibilities

  • Leads management of trafficking deliverables (floodlights/campaign goals, creative materials, landing pages, pixels, tag wrapping, etc.) for assigned client accounts.
  • Collaborates with Media planners on each assigned client account to organize and execute successful campaigns based on client KPIs.
  • Collaborates with client Account team to manage creative deliverables and goals for each campaign.
  • Collaborates with Media vendors to ensure they have everything they need to launch campaigns for assigned client accounts as well as monitoring campaign performance and optimizations where needed.
  • Collaborates with Ad Ops Team to complete all necessary processes needed to run a successful campaign.
  • Serves as liaison between Account team, Media planner, and Media vendors to ensure successful campaign operations.
  • Leads in completion of data for monthly reporting (and any other report requests from client/account team) for assigned client accounts and managing media budgets to make sure campaigns deliver in full.


Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in an office environment
  • 3+ years’ media/agency experience
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • General understanding of customer service and client management
  • Able to multitask, perform efficiently and well under tight deadlines
  • Proficient skills and 1+ years’ experience with the following: working with performance metrics, Google Campaign Manager 360, Basis DSP, Arrivalist, Adara, IAS or DoubleVerify
  • Comprehensive understanding of running a campaign start to finish, importance of establishing KPI’s and working within a budget
  • Manages new launches and works with Media vendors to make sure all elements of campaigns are running as contracted
  • Reviews and approves tracking applied to campaigns when necessary
  • Troubleshoots any tracking issues that come up before or during launch of a campaign
  • Assist Media planners with monthly billing reconciliation where applicable
  • Ability to respond to changes in strategy to shift priorities of a campaign
  • Ability to collaborate across inter-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to collaborate with Media vendors
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and solve problems independently and proactively with no or minimal supervision

COMPENSATION: $57,000 - $65,000 annual salary
