Oracle Cloud Technical Consulting Lead/Architect

Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Lead/Architect to join our robust Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will have proven end-to-end Oracle Cloud project experience leading core module areas of expertise, aligning key deliverables and milestone metrics, and delivering comprehensive business solutions to clients. As a key member of our motivated team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and consultants to develop, plan and implement Cloud solutions across our growing practice.

THE ROLE

• Responsible for overall technical delivery for Oracle Cloud-enabled projects
• Development and documentation of standard automation architectures and frameworks, working in coordination with the project analysts
• Design and implement a Oracle Cloud-enabled approach for technical solution needs
• Research, recommend, and implement changes to standards and procedures to enhance technical standards and approaches and tools to streamline future projects
• Leading problem analysis, solutions development, and implementation, and decision making that will have a significant impact on Oracle Cloud Solutions offerings

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree is required at a minimum
• 3-5+ years’ hands-on Oracle Cloud experience with Fusion ERP and HCM
• Completed 2 full Oracle Cloud implementations as a Tech Lead managing a technical team members
• Hands-on technical experience with Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud through a full life cycle project
• Ability to lead other developers through the different project phases
• Willing to travel as needed to support client needs
• Must reside in the US

CONSULTING SKILLS

• Oracle Cloud Certification is preferred
• Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
• Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of client issues
• Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, account managers, and management
• Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
• Builds confidence and trust with clients
• Displays effective analytical skills
